Android VpnService, Called establish method error, - Stack Overflow

When I call the establish method, I get the following error:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot set address

or

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot bind com.sdp.etrust.sdk.logic.CharonVpnService

It works the first time it's called.

I have checked that all parameters are normal, but there are still errors.
